Kate has drawn inspiration from this movie still and if you've ever seen this Bowie / Connelly 80s classic I think you will agree with me about it being bang on!

This twist on their signature triphase glitter thermal shows "periwinkle blue when warm, electric grape when cold, then blackened purple when icy" and "boasts blue glitters and pops of iridescence, highlighted with platinum flakies."

I used 2 thin coats, with an extra dab on the nail tips before top coat as I find it easier to capture all 3 thermal states when the nail tip is less sheer. It is not at all necessary for normal wear. I let each layer dry fully before adding the next and I got no dragging this way. I've used 2 layers of top coat here to get a perfectly smooth surface but 1 layer will suffice for most (I have a textured nail aversion).
